Parker Street is an exercise in finding opportunities on a complex site. The site is surrounded by listed buildings and any redevelopment would involve façade retention, site assembly, likely provision of 40% affordable, and massing restrictions. M3 managed a review of a previously consented schemes and a series of feasibility studies that identified the opportunity to significantly increase the potential scale and value of redevelopment. In parallel with this exercise, we recommended a short term asset management strategy to maximise overall returns for our client’s fund.
