The air rights raft at 201 Bishopsgate is the UK’s first speculative raft. M3 Consulting was involved from the outset and oversaw all matters in setting up and implementing the project. We established the concept of building a raft structure that would be adaptable to a number of building configurations of up to 1 million sq ft, and led the team through design development and a complex, fast-track 24/7 construction programme.
