The Northcliffe is at the forefront of the Fleet Street area regeneration and is an exceptional example of a sympathetic and imaginative retrofit of the original Daily Mail headquarters to provide a modern office product.

The works included an extension to two of the existing upper level floorplates, new terrace amenity with substantial greening and a new main entrance befitting the scale & grandeur of the building.

Through retention and refurbishment of the building we are on track to achieve the highest sustainability credentials in a BREEAM Outstanding rating, low embodied carbon and a WELL enabled building.
