Queen Street is a 59,040 sq ft NIA commercial office building arranged over 4 floors, with retail provided across lower ground and ground. M3 have led a feasibility study to define a range of refurbishment options and subsequently then managed the RIBA stage 2 design on behalf of FORA. The service office provider is seeking to complete a full scale refurbishment, including the provision of 2no. additional floors. These are to consist of office, plant and a large terrace overlooking the centre of Oxford. A new planning application has been submitted to Oxford City Council, with a decision pending. The scheme is targeting BREEAM Excellent and will be operated by FORA following completion.
