Synopsis
M3 managed the planning application process, design and construction for the extension and part refurbishment of the Marriott Hotel on Park Lane. Restricted access and a limited construction period led to the choice to construct the rooms as modules off site. We worked with the team through design and planning and are now procuring the construction phase to achieve delivery in 6 months.
