Synopsis

M3 initially undertook a stage 1 feasibility review to assess the redevelopment potential of this city centre site. Working with the RMG property team, we appointed and led a full consultant team on a mixed use development proposal, taking it through to application for planning. At all times, we liaised closely with a number of internal RMG departments to ensure necessary buy in.
