Synopsis
M3 have led the project team supporting the development of this new world-class UK headquarters for UBS, which represents the largest single pre-let in the City of London, accommodating up to 6,000 staff including 3,000 traders on its four trading floors. In parallel the team has progressed a complex planning application and detailed design information. We are now overseeing demolition following completion of extensive enabling and service diversions works. 5 Broadgate continues the evolution of Broadgate as a foremost commercial office estate.
