Synopsis
M3 managed a series of feasibility studies for this complex island site. We undertook a review of a previous scheme for the site and identified an opportunity to significantly increase the potential scale of redevelopment. In parallel with this exercise, we recommended a short term asset management strategy to maximise overall returns for our client’s fund.
