Synopsis

M3 undertook an initial feasibility study to establish future potential for the building through light touch or full refurbishment, additional floors or conversion to hotel use. We selected, appointed and managed the design team through the study and have achieved planning consent for a full refurbishment. M3 is now tendering the main contract for completion in 2012.
