Synopsis

M3 undertook a series of feasibility studies on the RMG headquarters building. Potential options ranged from simple refurbishment and re-letting to mixed use redevelopment. We selected and led a small team through development of outline designs to establish the most profitable options whilst acknowledging a number of restrictive planning policies and rights to light constraints.
