Synopsis

M3 has managed the development of this masterplan from inception through to preparation of planning application documentation. Early stage feasibility studies were completed to establish the parameters for further work. We then selected, procured and led a consultant team in developing and steering this residential led mixed use scheme through complex local and regional consultations.
