Synopsis
Our client required the formulation of a strategic framework to govern future redevelopment at Broadgate. M3 led a team of consultants through a study that considered the various constraints and opportunities presented by this unique estate. Our review included lease expiry, utilities, transport links, rights to light, and the quality of public realm. It culminated in a framework that is helping to maintain and protect the quality of the estate for all future users.
