Synopsis
With completion of the Broadgate Tower and 201 Bishopsgate drawing near, M3 led this project to improve accessibility through the Broadgate Estate. We appointed a team and managed the works from concept through negotiations with the City and Highways Authorities. Construction involved careful management of traffic and pedestrians to achieve completion in time for tenants moving into the new buildings.
