Synopsis

On the edge of the Broadgate Estate, the site presented an unusually complex array of redevelopment challenges. A neighbouring Grade II listed Church and the existence of potentially injunctable rights of light positions on all sides severely constrained our options. We selected and managed the design team through development of options for a risk free building footprint and provided appraisals for each of these options.
