Synopsis
M3 led and managed all aspects this major refurbishment of the principle public spaces within the Broadgate Estate. The purpose of the project was to ease pedestrian flow and increase enjoyment of the open spaces. We were instrumental to the success of this project, building trust with the contractors and ensuring that occupiers were included in the process.
