Synopsis
M3 worked with the client on a pre-qualification proposal for the redevelopment of Euston Station. We managed the bid process, selected the bid team, and lead it through the concept development stages to compilation and submission of the final bid. Post bid support we continued to help establish a strategy for the best way forward.
