Synopsis
A number of development opportunities were potentially viable for this City of London site. M3 undertook feasibility studies on various options to enable our client to decide which to develop further. We selected and led the project team through design development and submission of a planning application for this 225m tall, 50 storey tower. With a basement works package now on site, the contract for this spectacular building will commence later this year.
