Synopsis

M3 undertook feasibility studies to establish refurbishment options aimed at increasing the value of this 1960’s building. We recommended and implemented a complete strip out of all six floors to affect a derating whilst assessing the most profitable refurbishment option. Our management of the design and planning stages led to a speedy consent and subsequent sale of the building.
