Synopsis
M3 directed a feasibility study into refurbishment of the building. We selected, managed and led the design team, identifying several options varying in cost and scope from a light touch to full redesign of the core and entrance. Our summary report assisted the client in his decision to instruct a full refurbishment which we are also leading.
