Synopsis

M3 carried out a feasibility review of development options for an occupied site. Our study identified that a redevelopment could significantly increase the existing floor area. We assisted in the purchase of the site and assembled a team. Leading the team, we managed redevelopment of the site through planning, vacant possession and delivery to completion.
