Synopsis

M3 carried out a full design review and feasibility study on an existing consented project. We created a new design brief, procured a design team and managed the scheme’s progress towards a planning application. The resulting resolution to grant consent enabled the client to proceed with a speedy sale of the site to secure its investment return.
