Synopsis

M3 oversaw this 1.2 million sq ft office development from initial concept. We procured the team and managed the complex planning application for these two BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rated buildings of 13 and 36 storeys. Our close monitoring of the construction phase and post occupancy support to tenants ensured a successful completion and smooth handover.
