Synopsis
M3 conceived this air rights raft over the rail lines leading to Liverpool Street station. The raft was designed to accommodate a 1m sq ft development with the flexibility to support a range of independent designs. We procured the design and construction teams and managed the project through design
development, planning and the 24/7 construction programme.
