Bankside Quarter (Sampson House and Ludgate House) makes the most of its adjacency to the railway station, creating a new 1.4 m sq ft of mixed use urban quarter. The nine-building multiphase development features residential towers of 48, 30 and 26 storeys, as well offices, retail and new public spaces.

With a step by step approach to the feasibility review, M3 played an early, active role in unlocking potential massing, resolving risks and constraints and determining financial viability to meet both the client’s business objectives and serve the local aspirations. Leading the team through extensive consultations and technical reviews, M3 helped ensure the scheme fully and creatively incorporated feedback from disparate stakeholders, to secure support for planning consent and the subsequent sale of the site.
