2-3 Finsbury Avenue proposals comprised a 900,000 sq ft office-led development building including two towers, at 18 and 32 storeys, linked by a 12-storey groundscraper.  The scheme strengthened the interface at ground level, with a significant retail offering and new through routes to enhance permeability. The upper floors of the 18-storey tower feature a multi-function amenity zone, a 400 seater auditorium, conference facilities, restaurant, bar and a publicly accessible roof terrace.

M3 was involved from feasibility through to achieving a planning consent in 2016.
