1 Triton Square was one of the UK’s lowest carbon HQ's at the time, with over 40,000 tonnes of carbon saved compared to a new build equivalent.

This technically challenging project retained and strengthened 90% of the existing structure in order to support three new floors of office space and atria infill which nearly doubled the NIA of the existing building.

With circular economy principles at the core of the brief, 3000m2 of existing façade was removed, refurbished and reinstalled saving 2400 tonnes of carbon and delivering a 66% cost saving back to our client.
