London development industry remains unimpressed with government as over 80% say they’re not doing enough

According to the Autumn 2018 London Development Barometer (LDB), the London property and development industry is unimpressed with the central and local governments when it comes to enabling development activity: 82% of the survey respondents believe they are not doing enough. This and other key findings have indicated that, overall, respondents are slightly more optimistic than a year ago, but less so than six months, including key indicators such as predictions on development activity levels. Improving townplanning policies and increasing funding for local authorities, transport, infrastructure and housing delivery remain the top two priorities for the industry. Read more here >
