About our Graduate Development Programme and What to Expect
M3 has been recruiting graduates since 2005. As a growing company we are able to offer a bespoke, unique and personal approach to your development.
At M3 we want you to get the most out of your career and enable you to make a contribution to the business. You will work within a team and will have direct contact with your Project Director, working day to day with a Project Manager. You will also have a buddy (a fellow or former graduate) to help you settle in. Through a comprehensive and informative induction you will soon learn all about M3 and how we operate.
