Synopsis

M3 directed a feasibility study into refurbishment of the building. We selected, managed and led the design team, identifying several options varying in cost and scope from a light touch to full redesign of the core and entrance. Our summary report assisted the client in his decision to instruct a full refurbishment.

M3 led the team to deliver a high quality product, promoting a collaborative and proactive environment across the extended team.
