Our focus on people
Management is about people - how people devise and lead a project and how people bring out the best in others. At M3 Consulting we value people. People as individuals and team members determine the quality of the project outcome. It is a core part of our business to bring together the right people to do the right jobs and focus on getting the best from a well managed and well motivated team.
We start in-house, we recruit intelligent, motivated people with high ethical standards; people who are confident team leaders, people with strong character who are willing to roll their sleeves up. Our people use common sense and think beyond the boundaries of convention.
Above all we respect people and value their contribution - clients, project team members and third parties.
People development
Recently the entire company got together at the Unicorn Theatre and over 2 days we conceived, wrote and performed a stage show to an invited audience, starting literally from scratch. It was demanding, nerve wracking, hard work………………..great fun and a huge success. We are all very proud of it. Click here to view the “Making of” video.
