Troubleshooting

Initial glitches getting started are usually related to security at the client/partners end. If you can't resolve these issues readily contact your system administrator or contact your M3 Consulting Project contact.

If you can’t access the site after typing in the address, check that the address is correct. It’s easy to forget the ‘s’ in https://connect.m3c.co.uk. The S tells the browser to expect a secure, encrypted session.

If you are not taken to the main Extranet screen, please check you have typed your username and password correctly and that the CAPS Lock key is not on, also make sure you dont have toolbars (e.g.. Google or MSN etc.) blocking pop-ups for this site.

If you find you can't install either the secure meeting or secure application software make sure you have administrative rights (the security right to install software) on your computer, if in doubt please contact your IT administrator.

If you are ‘timed out’ of your session, please note that the site will automatically log you off if no activity is detected in 30 minutes.
