Before joining M3, James gained valuable experience through a number of beneficial property management and consulting placements as part of his post graduate course which focused on Project Management and Sustainability. At M3 his involvement includes enabling works, progressing towards site demolition, and tender processes on a major City project. An avid traveller, James was fortunate enough to spend 7 months visiting Australasia and S.East Asia prior to university. Outside the office James is a sports enthusiast, playing Rugby for Croydon along with Golf and always makes time to support Newcastle United FC.
