Tim Orme

Previously with Berkeley Homes for a number of years, Tim has been with M3 since 2007 bringing a wealth of experience to benefit M3's involvement with residential development. Through his practical and pragmatic approach he resolves matters evolving from early development viability through to project completion. Tim has a considerable knowledge in construction delivery and his strengths include successfully negotiating the complexities of personnel and contractual obligations as well as being flexible and responsive to the changing needs of the multiple demands of the construction industry. Originally from NZ, Tim and his family have resided in North London for the past ten years.
