Stewart Kain - MRICS

Stewart has over 20 years experience in property and construction, including both private and public sectors. Having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991, he moved into Project Management Consultancy a few years later and worked for several companies, where he was responsible for a wide range of projects in the commercial, health, education, leisure and public realm sectors. Since joining M3 in 2007, Stewart has worked on a variety of complex, mixed use developments at the strategic masterplan stage. Stewart is married to Alice, and has a beautiful daughter, Isabella. Living in Islington allows him to make regular visits to see his third love, Arsenal F.C.
