Richard adopts a rigorous hands-on approach to delivering property solutions and adds real value at all stages of the property lifecycle. Going beyond process, Richard strives for an intrinsic understanding of clients' underlying needs to produce tailored responses to complex property issues. In his spare time he enjoys golf and snowboarding and currently learns to speak Swedish.
