Richard Cowan

Richard joined M3 Consulting in 2000 after a 20 year career with John Laing Construction. A civil engineer by background, he approaches development projects with the meticulous planning and rigour of his profession and can combine a desire and capacity for detail with an experienced perspective. Richard is a natural leader and enjoys enormously the challenge of leading teams in the delivery of complex projects from a glint in the eye to completion. Loving his job and the people he works alongside, his family and home are where his strength comes from. In September 2010 the family fulfilled its dream and moved to a house on the beach where Richard intends to embarrass himself kite surfing.
