Nick is a mult-skilled property professional working successfully across the full development lifecycle. At M3 he excels in all areas of the service offer including development appraisal, feasibility, development management and delivery. He applies these skills across both the private and public sectors. He plays an important role in new business development for M3 and mentoring junior staff. Nick is an ex-accountant, Chartered Builder, and has a Ph.D. in French Philosophy from Cambridge University. Away from work Nick enjoys spending time with his young family, rugby, rowing and golf.
