As General Manager, 'MJ' enables the team to deliver excellent service to clients. He has managed professional and business services firms through growth and change and was an Andersen Partner for nine years. MJ is a Borough Councillor for Cookham where he lives with Karen and his young daughter Isabel. He is a proud father of Elliott and Joshua, an amateur actor and playwright and is currently a Cabinet Member at the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead responsible for Policy, Performance & Property.
