Jonathan Raynes

With many years experience in construction and development Jonathan brings to M3 not only an excellent record and breadth of knowledge but also a flexible and collaborative style to motivating development teams. He enjoys overcoming challenges, whilst delivering best practices, advice and assistance to clients. All of this he applies at M3, which he describes as "a challenging but very enjoyable and rewarding environment in which to continue to learn". When not working, Jonathan enjoys skiing, rugby (only coaching and watching these days), sailing and playing with anything that has an engine in it.
