Gavin Kieran - MSc MRICS

After 17 years in the industry, the last 7 being with M3 Consulting, Gavin has gained substantial experience at the front end of large complex and interlinked development projects. Specialising in strategic property consulting and development management, he has successfully taken projects through feasibility and town planning to set them up for delivery. Gavin's personal interest in travelling is also reflected in his professional career path, having worked across Europe and the USA, but he is always delighted to go back to Ireland for some rugby, golf and of course Guinness.
