Established in 1997 by Mick Mannion to fill a gap in the market, M3 set out to provide an entirely fee based, hands-on, bespoke development management service to commercial property clients. Initially maintaining staff numbers in single figures, Mick and the team successfully managed a number of highly prestigious city centre projects. These successes brought growth and a steadily rising reputation for exceeding the norm and providing clients with the best service available.
Building on core principles of trust and integrity, we have maintained our early steady growth through reputation and word of mouth. This growth has brought with it diversification that has enabled us to develop strong teams and a growing reputation for, amongst others, residential, mixed use, infrastructure and public realm.
Continuing to grow steadily, we remain true to our core principles and have maintained our City of London roots. We are now around 50 strong and in our third office with wonderful views of much property that, with our help, has contributed to the success and vibrancy of London.
The move to Dashwood House coincided with a further diversification into Strategic Property Consulting, a strand of our business for which our skills are uniquely suited.
Alongside this latest diversification, we have been preparing the business for the next stage of steady growth. An experienced and strong management team has been put in place to ensure that future growth is sustained whilst holding true to our core principles and, of course, always providing the best service for our clients.
