Located in the Finsbury Circus conservation area, 20 Finsbury Circus is the 85,000 sq ft NIA extensive refurbishment of a 1980s office building with an original 1900s retained facade. The sensitive alterations to the ground floor fenestration combine with the upgrade of the windows and rear facade, rationalised roofscape and new terrace. Internally the proposals entail an enhanced retail offering and new office reception at grade, high quality office space upgrade, including reconfigured floorplates, new lifts, plant and equipment throughout, and cycle/shower facilities.  M3 led the team from initial feasibility options and continues to manage the design and planning process.
