A new 210,000 sq ft office building, 4 Kingdom Street is the latest addition to the high profile mixed use Paddington Central development. Following the purchase of the site by the Client, M3 was instructed to lead a review of the masterplan and extant planning permissions. For 4 Kingdom Street, the planning scheme was varied to reflect improvements in building efficiencies and terrace spaces, providing 138,000 sq ft of new office and 15,000 sq ft of retail space.
