The Tsunami Memorial was unveiled in the gardens of the Natural History Museum in 2011 to commemorate the UK citizens lost in the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami disaster. For this unique and highly sensitive project, M3 offered full development management services, from developing the brief with the funders DCMS through to ensuring successful installation against a rigidly defined schedule.
